Get a (Second)Life.

Here is a story about a Second Life player, suing the developer over virtual property.

While I do understand that SL is a bit different then most other games, and that the players actually "own" their content (they usually make it themselves), I still find it silly that a complaint was actually filed in court over it.

This story just reiterates the importance of an iron-clad EULA.
